Communica Public Affairs Inc. is committed to ensuring the confidentiality and protecting the personal information of individuals it does business with, and individuals participating in any of the public participation and engagement work that Communica carries out for its clients. Communica is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the principles of federal and provincial privacy legislation.
Personal information is information that may be used to identify a specific individual. That could include your name, address, age, social insurance number and other personal identification numbers.
Communica does collect personal information as part of its public engagement work for clients. However, the information collected is for use by the clients, and is done as a requirement of regulatory agencies to communicate with stakeholders as part of the application process for seeking regulatory approval for projects. Communica does not make any other use of such information gathered.
Communica respects the privacy of individuals who visit our website, and we take measures to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of any personal information on this site. All personal information provided to us will remain within our organization and will not be shared unless prior permission is given. Personal information will not be sold, distributed or published in any manner whatsoever.
